Tebra Patient Perspectives Report

 

Tebra is a SaaS company that provides independent healthcare practices with digital tools and support to thrive in the new era of healthcare. The newly formed company brought together two top-tier brands, Kareo and PatientPop.

Getting their content production off the ground as a newly formed company meant stepping up their game with a new brand voice and original research.

For their 4th annual Patient Perspectives report (a holdover from their PatientPop days), the Tebra team needed a copywriter to bring life to the data while matching the format of previous years.

And this 42-page report was born.

 
 

Tebra conducted a survey of over 1200 patients across the U.S. to nail down what patients want from their healthcare providers. The Tebra team provided the raw data along with insights and cross-sectional analysis and left it to me to craft the story of the report. 

I used the provided information and also pulled out data from previous reports to showcase interesting trends happening in the healthcare industry. I also provided the general structure and layout suggestions for the designer who put together this beautiful piece.
